
Five rituals, composed for the bourbon born from botany. Each serve is a small act of attention — measured, unhurried, deserving of the hour you give it.
The bourbon is the beginning. What follows is the discipline of restraint — the right glass, the right temperature, the right silence between sips. These are not cocktails. They are compositions.

An ode to vanilla's quiet author.
Add all ingredients to a stirring pitcher. Add ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a martini glass or rocks glass.
Expressed orange peel.

Island botany meets copper-cool ginger.
Add all ingredients except the ginger beer into a tin with ice. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with ginger beer.
Pineapple leaf or slice.
*Pineapple Syrup: Heat 1 cup pineapple juice and 1 cup demerara sugar until dissolved. Seal and refrigerate up to 3 weeks.

Vanilla, coffee, candlelight.
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled tin. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Three coffee beans.
*Vanilla Syrup: Add ½ tbsp vanilla to ½ cup hot water and ½ cup brown sugar. Stir until dissolved.

The serve. Unhurried, uncompromised.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir well with ice until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Express a flamed orange peel over the drink, then drop it in.

Orchard, hearth, and a whisper of allspice.
Shake all ingredients for 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
Apple slice and / or cinnamon stick.
